Flag Emporium specializes in Custom Printing.

We do street banners, corporate flags, pennants and table covers. If you have the design we can get your project flying! Many marketers use printed fabric for merchandising products and event promotions. You can see this in shopping malls, city streets and sporting events.

Three Processes

Screen Printing - A printing process whereby ink is forced through a fine mesh screen which has a stencil bonded to it. The Stencils are cut to the design of the flag with each color is applied separately. The flag is then washed, sewn, and finished.

Digital Printing - Digital Printing gives our customer the ability to have their flag in FULL COLOUR! This process takes the image from a computer file format and prints it on a specialty fabric printer similar to the large printers used by marketing companies for printing large posters. This new and constantly developing technology produces fantastic, cost effective results!

Sewn - With a simple design, we can also produce sewn flags. Flags can be created by cutting, piecing together, and sewing the different colors and shapes of a flag or appliquéd on a background. The craftsmanship put into these flags are of the highest quality and really stand out in any display.

What We Need From You

For Screen Printing - We need to have your design or logo in a Vector Art file format. This includes Adobe Illustrator File (.ai) Also, we require Pantone numbers for each color in the flag. *

For Digital Printing - We need to have your design or logo in any type of high quality image file format. This includes Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, JPG, JPEG, and BMP file formats. Please make sure that the images are at least .75 dpi when measured at the full size of the flag (ie 72in x 36in).**

Sewn - We need a detailed diagram of the flag design complete with dimensions and colors. This can be submitted either electronically on computer, or on paper. As long as it gives our flag maker precise specifications for your flag.

Notes * if you don't know your pantone numbers, you can come into our store and we'll help you pick them out, or you can pick up a chart at a hardware store. ** If you're not sure if your artwork is acceptable, send it to us anyway and we'll be able to help you.

Pricing

Every custom project is different. Which means each project has a different price and those prices are dependant on factors such as quantity, number of colors (screen print), flag size, flag material, flag finish, etc. Each customer's project is tailored specifically to them.
